I had the same experience as E. Stokes.
Lumishave is a very low quality product, worth $5, maybe.
I am out $30 now. They took forever to ship the item and once I received it, it did not have Lumishave has the company I received from. Had a lady’s name, Diane Pike. I have emailed the support email on their website 4 times now. No reponse. Their phone number does not work either.

I saw an ad for lumishave.co for painless hair removal. Not only did the order take a long time to ship, but I requested a refund before it was shipped to me because it did not arrive in a timely manner. They only replied after 6 days when they finally shipped the order. Now that I have the product, it is clear it is low quality. The package was sent from "Diane Pike, 125 Jackson Ave, Edison, NJ 08837" and did not indicate it was from lumishave nor the address it had on its website. I've requested a refund multiple now with no response. I am afraid they will never respond to my refund request and try to keep my money unfairly, even though they have a return policy. Lastly, the phone number listed on their website is not in service. Everything about this company screams scam.
