Through a Facebook ad, my husband purchased a patriotic raglan sleeved shirt. The shirt looked to be good quality, but they always do in images. It took almost a month to receive it and when he opened it, my husband could immediately tell it not only was NOT the shirt he wanted but the fabric was extremely low quality. Shirt was not worth $15 let alone $38. Via the Support email address (no phone number was given) he contacted the company which we later found out is located in Singapore. The return address on the shipping envelope reads: Lakeis Gohnts, 1207 Laurel Lane, Grapevine, TX 76051 but we don't believe this is the person my husband contacted about the problem; he thinks the Support Team is in Singapore. The Support person blamed my husband for ordering the wrong shirt--claimed it was what was ordered and it wasn't. He also told them the size Large did not fit him. My husband has a drawer full of Size Large t-shirts and they fit him; this one fit like a Medium. They asked him to take measurements, length and width, of the shirt while laying flat, to take pictures and send them to them, and then told him he ordered the correct size, per their size chart, and it was not their fault. Bottom line: my husband hates the shirt and simply wanted to return it. What kind of retailer/e-tailer refuses returns? They refused to accept a return multiple times. They stated the best they could offer was a 20% refund, which came to $7.74. This is why we stated we lost $31. Upon doing an internet search, multiple "scam" results for this company came up. If we can get a full refund for this shirt, fine. At this point, we just wanted to report a bad company.
