Advertised Christmas smart rainbow led permanent outdoor smart lights. With image of lights. I received led fairy lights with a usb connector. I Contacted them immediately. Refund policy states to contact within 48hours. They responded with promotional items are non refundable. I explain I received incorrect item. Now they are stating that their supplier deceived them. And they will only credit me 30%.
