I had seen Luniva advertisements for their shoes, so I ordered a pair. Three weeks went by and I didn’t receive any info about my order being shipped. I sent an email to the listed contact email, requesting an update to my order and why I hadn’t received my order yet. The next day, the link no longer works to show the receipt for my order and the website doesn’t show a history of purchase, but I haven’t received my order or a refund.
