We agreed to buy puppy. She gave us several options to pay but most did not work. She then asked for American Express gift cards to be photographed and sent to her. She then became hard to find. She did email and say she had delivered the puppy to the shipper who required extra money to provide an electronic crate for the puppy. Same thing with required extra money for the crate. Ditto on money transfer. American Express etc. they would contact me with delivery info. I heard for them this morning wanting more money for additional shots. This after the supplier said her shot were up to date. I have not responded back
