STOLE MY MONEY.

I ordered from them once, and was charged 4 times, one being purposely and the other three after the first one were not. I got my order, it was a good quality necklace, but they took my money 3 more times after that without me purchasing anything.

Ordered 3 necklaces on 4/8/22. Got a shipping confirmation on 4/18. I emailed on 4/28 because tracking wasn’t available and by that time had figured out they weren’t in California like they claim. Sent another tracking email that day and it was just a repeat of the previous, non-working tracking info. I emailed again, got a “we are working on it” email. Then I noticed they had charged me $15.95 on 5/8. Nothing said I was signing up to be repeatedly charged, I hopped online and started to see this pattern. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank and closed my card. Not that it’s any surprise, but I have not received the items I purchased.

I ordered a gift for a friend on this place. I received a confirmation email and was charged. Everything seemed normal. Recently, I was charged again by the same company for no reason, then again after that. I only recently noticed as I was looking for a past transaction. The “support” has been no help so I’ve had to cancel my card and send messages to my bank. Do yourself a favour and don’t shop here. It’s an absolute scam.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD

I made a one time purchase from their TikTok "closing out" sale ad in Jan. 2022 when they went by Tarot Jewels. Never got a confirmation email, never received any item.

I didn't even notice until I saw a charge in February of $15.95, which I did not authorize. I had my disputed both charges through my bank since their website was no longer active!

My bank send a new debit card, but somehow in March and April I continued to receive this recurring charge, which again, I never authorized and never got any confirmation for. This time, their name was "Luseta Jewels". I know it's the same because of the amount of the recurring charge, and from the fact that now the original Tarot jewels site is up again, and the support email listed says Luseta Jewels.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Tarot/Luseta Jewels is an absolute fraud.

You should probably never buy advertised goods

The weird thing about my experience with this company is that I made a purchase from them last fall after seeing an ad and I did actually receive the necklaces I ordered. They took a month to arrive from China despite the company's claimed location of California. Although I knew that the 'closing sale' technique was just a way for them to get more orders, and the shipment tracking confirmed that they were in fact drop-shipped products, I was still pleasantly surprised with the necklaces once they arrived.
Because of my luck that time, I decided to make another purchase of another necklace I loved the look of. The first time I ordered it, they took the money and didn't give me an order confirmation, then tried to tell me I ordered from a fraudulent version of their website despite it having the exact same URL and that being the URL I clicked on in one of their promotional texts they sent me. When I called them out on this, the sales rep. decided it was best to gaslight me and tell me to order again. Being stubborn, I decided to try to order the necklace again just in the odd chance they didn't want to own up to a mistake instead of it being a complete scam (given my past order). I also couldn't find that beautiful necklace anywhere else online, otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere. Of course, they took my money yet again and I have not received any updates on that purchase despite receiving an order confirmation that third time.

Do yourselves a favor and do NOT give money to Luseta Jewels, formerly Tarot Jewels. Their jewelry is pretty but you will likely not receive it; you're better off finding other versions of their products from actual reputable sources (because, again, they're drop-shipped products with fake sales tags).

Billed Twice

My daughter bought an item from Tarot Jewels on 30 January 2022 for £6.99. This was a silly offer basically giving away the item and charging shipping only. They then had the card which they have billed twice since then, once 1st March for £11.99 then again on 30th March for £12.57. Luseta Jewels re-directs to Tarot Jewels website, so they are clearly the same enterprise. They use Tarot Jewels for a genuine loss leading offer, then charge the card from Luseta Jewels from time to time.

Daughter ordered Ring and was unaware she had not opted out of the VIP membership. 30 days later was billed the 15.95. Did not receive any email that we had signed up for this membership or that the 30 day trial was ending. They will not Refund because they say we opted in. I see a class action coming or at minimum a States attorney review with fine.

I ordered a necklace and a ring which were fine quality although they took forever to arrive. A month after I placed my order I was charged $16 for their “VIP membership” which I did not purchase. I emailed them asking them to refund me and they said they were unable to as it is an option you click at checkout and I apparently subscribed voluntarily. This is not true at all and they waited an entire month after the free first month of membership just so they could charge me the next month. They had never even notified me that I had “signed up” for this membership so there was no way for me to cancel it had I known. Super scammy. There is much better tarot jewelry on Etsy sold by honest merchants, take your money elsewhere

I have bought seventy five dollars worth of healers and I only received a confirmation order for the smaller purchase. Then they charged me an extra fifteen dollars for something I didn't buy. I can't provide screen shot of fraud charge because my bank won't let me. Someone please help

Bought jewelry from this website and after purchasing didn’t receive a confirmation email. Emailed them directly and after some back and forth them saying they couldn’t find my order and me providing my card statement they told me to try and get the money back from my card company. They said maybe I had purchased from a false website however I got their customer service email from the website I ordered from and the website they provided as their “real” website was also the same one. Now I have to fight with the credit card company to get my money back. A huge scam.
