I order a Delta face mask on April 20. Never recieved any confirmation information from company. After conducting research I founded out company ia scaming people via Facebook. Working with my bank to get my money back. This is a mess learned a lesson. Before using companies via Facebook always research the company before purchasing.

I ordered 2 masks n filters back in March of this year. No confirmation email and one tracking number on two items when I purchased three items total. Glad I purchased through PayPal because I might get my $89 back. So I did a claim on on April 14 on April 15 the seller contacted PayPal saying my items were on the way, funny when it does called shipped out the day they responded back and asked me to stop the claim...yeah right not until I get my items or refunded. So May 4th m cla would automatically cancel or I could escalate it...I did so waiting to hear back from PayPal..if you drop it or allow it to cancel them or can not be undone nor can you attempt another claim on that or those items again..Glad I didn't drop it as they asked. Message from thm responding to me through PayPal and this new tracking information..smh

I looked up Lushgood on the BBB website. I wish I'd done that before I ordered from them. The only good news is that I paid via PayPal so there's a chance I'll get my money back.

I ordered mask from them on April 10th total $104.86 . I keep emailing them every other day and the email reply just keeps saying order has been shipped tracking number coming soon. I haven't received any order confirmation or tracking number to this day

Same! I had to file a claim with PayPal after I realized they were a scam. I ordered 2 cups from them and kept saying its been shipped but the shipping info was never available. Hopefully I will get my money back!

purchased two masks for total payment of $60.00 (company called LUSHGOOD took payment)...contacted seller about not receiving masks and was told "it is being shipped and on way to shipping agent...a tracking number will be sent as soon as we receive...." this company is taking advantage of people during the Covid 19 pandemic...do not purchase any items (they are offering 20-30% off for Mothers Day) do not fall for this SCAM

Ordered masks and filters. Was to cost 21.00 charged 91.26 advertised it was a company in the USA. Never recied tracking numbet.Items never recieved, no company contact number. Paid with PayPal. PayPal will not give refund and cannot contact seller either. Recieved only transaction receipt from PayPal.

Several of my coworkers and I ordered masks from this company. I received 2 emails that I could not cancel my order because it was greater than 12 hours. Product never shipped and they just kept telling me I would be receive shipping details. This is a scam! BBB states address they use is an empty lot. My advice is dispute immediately.

Lushgood ads popped up on Facebook with an item I ultimately ordered. I paid through paypal. I began getting charges for things like uber, Domino's Pizza, etc. Had to shut down my PayPal account and reopen a new one, file disputes with PayPal, etc. I just discovered that Lushgood was the culprit, since I inquired about my order by trying to check the tracking, then tried to email the address on the order confirmation. Both returned errors. Now, PayPal is telling me I may not be able to recover the amount of my order; which, by the way also added a $9.95 shipping fee to my purchase amount. What am i to do now?

Purchased an item from their website in early Dec 2019 as a Christmas gift. Should have shipped within 10 days. Have inquired 7+ times, and most of the time get no response, or just a response indicating it's taking a long time. 5 weeks after the order, I informed them I wanted either the product or my money back. No response. Filed a grievance with paypal, still no response from the company. Company address appears to be a vacant lot in a residential area per google maps.
