I ordered a product from the website on Feb 9th 2024. On the site, it says it will be delivered within 10 days. I sent an email for a status update on March 5th, March 11th and March 15th. No response to any of my emails. I reached out via social media (instagram), all my comments were deleted by the merchant with no response to my inquiries. It is March 23rd now and still no update or response from the merchant.
