I placed an order online on December 6, 2022 for human hair wigs. I didn't receive the order until several weeks later (approx. 4-5 weeks later). I was very unsatisfied with the entire order so I attempted to return. The website said to contact them for return address, not to return to address on the package. When I began contacting them, somehow I was redirected to another company with a similar name (***** ****). After a full investigation & cooperation from ***** ****, they advised me that said company as well as others has been misleading their customers with similar names. They informed me that they have reported the fraud to their lawyer and advised me to contact you. Please assist me with this matter as I would like to receive a full refund for misrepresentation as well as very poor quality of product.
