On 6/24/27/2023 placed order for a 2023 Glueless lace front wig with elastic belt outre, melted hairline, with baby hairline from Luvvnewig.com but I noticed no tracking number, so I emailed the company on 6/27/2023 about it and they replied with a tracking number.So I kept checking on it no worries but when my order arrived on 7/14/2023 the package was a plastic bag not a purple box with all the instructions or how to return product if needed. So, from 7/14/2023 I have been emailing this company about their service and what I received on that day. I sent over 15 emails and my messages was blocked or not sent. The email address didn't exist according to information. I kept trying to locate this company email address of www.shopgluelesshair.com or Luvvnewig.com or LuwneHair All Rights Reserved. So I found the website site Facebook page of Luvme Glueless Wig. I sent a email to their address informing them about the issue with my order & what I received in the package. They email me back letting me know my order didn't come from their company and to send the email address from the company I ordered my Glueless Wig from so their lawyer can track down the information on who was using their products to make people think they were ordering from a Luvme Glueless Wig. I replied with their request but haven't heard back from them. This morning 7/18/2023 I received a email from the fake company trying to explain and apologize for nonsense and offering to refund me 30% back and making sure their products issued to me will be corrected. So, I emailed them back and specifically demanded to refund the total amount of $29.97. Now it's a waiting process to hear back about my request.
