There were no red flags from the company lux lutter. In our contract it said shipping was covered for the dogs for an extra 150 per dog. This was in a written agreement. When the dogs were "dropped off at the flight agency" I received correspondance from this agency stating my pets were to be shipped out at a specific time and given tracking information. When departure time came, I received a call and email requesting more money for insurance for the dogs to fly. Then again departure came and yet more correspondence that they needed more money for COVID clearance as per my state of Pennsylvania. Again, and again for boarding expenses while all this money was raised, again for crates, special air conditioning, vaccinations, etc. They also treatened that if I did not pay the money I would be sued for abandoning the dogs at the airport. I lost more than 4,000 dollars of which they kept saying this fee was refundable upon pet delivery, etc etc.

So it’s been over 14 days. I kept getting told by the delivery agency that I had to keep giving more money for misc fees but the fees were the last fees. But there was always last minute fees. Point is. I never received the dogs. Lost about 8k. Each transaction was to a different Zelle. Lux Lutter would contact me himself saying to work with the agency etc to get the dogs delivered. This was all an elaborate scam. Tracking numbers. Fake delivery agency and website. Lux has since changed his number 3 times since reporting him so please be careful.
