I bought the IPL Laser removal and it is not working. Like the person above contacted them by email, then created a FB account to message there. They just give you the running around and excuse after excuse. They ask for a video to prove, then they make excuses and this has been going on for over a month, still no refund. They force me to accept a new replacement and if not happy to send it back to Australia from Canada at my expense to get a refund. They will not just issue a refund. Even if in their email as posted below they say, send the video, we will refund as soon as possible

I purchased some skin care products from lux skin website and receive an “order confirmation” via email then was awaiting the tracking details in another email but then it never came. I then decided to email, Facebook message, and instagram message them inquiring about my order and tracking and all I got was excuse after excuse and the run around. Still no package. After my patience ran out, I contacted them again on all 3 contacts to ask for a money back refund, I again got poor excuse after another. They even said they already refunded me my money and they never did because my bank account did not reflect that! And it had been well over 10 business days since then and my bank never received the claim either so my bank is not at fault. Lux skin are scammers, deceivers, thieves, & frauds! Please put them out of business! They must be stopped tricking people out of their hard earned money! Thank you
