He told me to reach out to Jordan Collins at Luxafford Rentals to sign a renter's agreement and they had me send money upfront to a Venmo account under the name Kat Emmons.
They strung me along saying they would send me keys if I sent another payment since my last one didn't go through. I refused and asked for a refund since they took so long to respond to my calls and emails in between communications. They said they would process my refund and have yet to do so and now they are again not responding. It has been days. This is a SCAM. I have also continued to Google the company and now reports of them scamming other people have also come out.
