After making an online purchase via an add I saw on Facebook, I read customer reviews and realized this was a scam. I immediately canceled the transaction by emailing LuxDerma and I called my bank to make them aware that I made a faulty translation and suspected fraud. Then I received an email from LuxDerma and they requested that I call to explain why I am cancelling. After I called LuxDerma, the customer service rep stated that my account was closed and any credit card information on file was deleted, and all charges would be reversed. Even after this conversation, I was seeing multiple charges from three different companies - none of the companies were LuxDerma. None of the charges were consistent and the total amount was over $250.

I bought a skin care item and then was automatically enrolled in a subscription program without my knowledge and began to receive monthly charges. The supposed subscription information was not included in any confirmation email or other communication.

Lux Derma (or EpicASerum as listed on the credit card statement) is a SCAM. The company advertising this amazing product with a trial offer of their products. The initial credit card charge is $4.97 (trial lotion)+ $4.95 (eye cream) + $2.99 shipping, which seems reasonable for the trial-size product. I did not receive an order confirmation or receipt via email. And two weeks later, my credit card was charged $89 + $86 = $176. When I called the company, they said I had signed up for a membership (which was not stated on the website nor had I received an email, etc.). They also stated that the $176 was for the product I already had (this little tiny trial lotion that is no better than lotion from Walmart). So, they double-charged me for the product. I told them to cancel all future orders (I'm not sure if they will continue to charge my card).
