Chris and Sabrina also continually blamed covid delays for shipping issues, but we were able to find many of our items in stock and available to be delivered in a week or two. Chris (whose real name is Charissa) had an excuse for absolutely everything. Out of the very few items that showed up at our house, almost all were a bait and switch. We had approved very premium items and things from Target and Wal Mart were delivered to us. To date, barely any of our project is complete and we have been working with them for six months. When asked for invoices or tracking numbers, Chris refuses to provide them saying she doesn't have to disclose such information. Chris also didn't speak to us for 5 weeks and we sent multiple emails and texts demanding answers from her. Her unprofessional behavior was repulsive and the customer service is non-existent. Furthermore, two of their employees quit in early June after not being paid or being paid late several times. These employees witnessed countless lies to all their clients (including us), fake shipping dates, and fraudulent business practices. Once Chris and Sabrina has our credit cards, they charged the entire project and then several random charges so they are also committing credit card fraud in addition to business fraud.
