DO NOT ORDER FROM HER! I got scammed out of $700 also! You cannot get they to a live person. It’s always automated emails. There isn’t a number! My order was passed the “7-10” business shipping days and it never shipped! I requested a refund but no response! This is foul to people who are trying to start a business. This female is BS & I’m considering taking legal action. She is a fraud, a phony. Scam! I should’ve trusted reviews , but also seen good reviews on website but now I believe those are FAKE. I seen a report & people like her create websites to entice people. Karma will get her!

I got scammed $700 from Luxe Beauty Body Co

The purchased the Microneedling session and the starter kit was fake, I was also advised the reuse the cartridges which is INSANE! of course I never did, I had tons of questions about my course so i sent her a Direct message on Instagram I was attacked and told to never do that and to email I apologized and emailed her and I never ever got a response. It is a horrible company that is just taking peoples money ! She should definitely get held accountable for all her wrong doing.

Overcharged on top of wouldn't acknowledge my on-time cancellation for refund

So I ordered the lipo lab that dissolving injection kit for $400 and $25 postage I was supposed to get a 25% off first purchase discount which I did not receive and when I was reading the policies and under the impression that I was getting it by the 19th when I ordered it on the 17th I decided to cancel my order they acknowledged saying we received your request to cancel your order but they did not cancel my order even though I got a hold of them that following day to once again tell him cancel my order I'd like a refund they still ignored it I got a hold of them again and then they said oh I'm sorry we can't refund you it's already been sent out and that was on the 21st they refuse to refund my money or acknowledge my messages the only thing that they say is you are not eligible for a refund once it's sent out on top of that I can't get a refund because it was a discounted item this company is a scam they are not honest they are extremely overpriced for their products as well and their customer service is terrible

Please don’t use this company. I have been a customer of them for a long time with my Hyapen training plus all my supplies that I continued to get through them. Today was the last straw. Normally I don’t write reviews bc I usually take the loss and just find somewhere else but not when they have gotten so much money from me and to be disrespected in the way I was today. When you order from this company it takes exactly a week for it to ship and then another 5 days for it to arrive. I know this bc I’ve ordered from them so many times. I used to get upset about this bc it is only coming from California. But I decided to just adjust when I ordered for my clients and made sure I had enough time for them to ship it even though it was frustrating I put it aside. Today is Monday, April 4. I put an order in on Friday, April 1st. Certain things changed at my spa where I am at so I needed to cancel the order bc I will no longer be doing the lip fillers. I expressed this in an email to which they responded that they thought I was asking about my order from February and that it had already been sent out. So I decided to call them. I wish I got the woman’s name who answered bc she should be fired for unprofessionalism. When she asked my name, this woman laughed and said “We responded to you literally 2 minutes ago.” We continued to go over the problem I was having and that I was hoping to cancel the order bc I know it had not shipped yet. The tracking number directs me to USPS and it says awaiting item… plus like I stated earlier I know that I don’t receive that it has shipped until a week after. It had been 2 days, bc you can’t ship on Sunday. This woman continues to speak to me so insanely rude and laughing at me to which then she says “have a blessed day” laughs again and hangs up the phone after I asked her to please email me return information if she can’t cancel it and that this won’t be a future problem bc I won’t be buying from here anymore. I went to the website to write this review to save those from this horrible company, but it was deleted. I even tried just leaving a 1 star with no description and it was deleted as well… you can see how untruthful and unprofessional this company is. Moving forward… I love all my EsthiBesties so I hope this review saves you from a few things! And for the company… maybe you guys will take this into consideration and tweak and few things. I've heard a lot recently about the Hyaluron Pen and was interested to find out more about it. I started my search on Instagram watching videos and reading up on this product. I came across @luxebeautyandbodyco page on Instagram and was amazed at the results these people were getting. So I went to their website (luxebeautyandbodyco.com) and started browsing. The reviews appeared to present this site as a legitimate website to buy products from so I bought the Hyaluron Pen Training Course online w/ the Kit included. My total was $331.15 which was considerably cheap compared to others sites I was looking at with different companies. I figured id give it a shot considering they had a 15 day return policy that was also on their website. After my purchase on Feb.22, 2021 I instantly received an confirmation email from LuxeGlamourLounge ([email protected]). I was confused because I thought i just ordered from Luxe Beauty & Body Co. I also received an email from Luxe Beauty & Body Academy whose email was [email protected]. After this email which looked like a scam email, i started to believe I had made a bad choice. I sent the Luxe Beauty and Body co an email as to why I was emailed a certificate on completion of the course I has purchased and why my order was coming from Luxe Glamour Lounge and if the two were affiliated. I got a response from an automated robot. That some one would get back to me. Sure enough they didn't. I logged into my course and the material was literally cosmetology 101. NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT THE HYALURON PEN. i was very upset because I paid all this money for stuff i went to actual school to learn. So I emailed them I would like a refund. Now i was getting close to 15 days and i knew that was there policy. I emailed them over 7 times in 2 weeks. reached out on Facebook and Instagram and STILL 1 month later no response. I went on Facebook and started reading reviews and thats why i found out the company and or person just robbed me of my money. I added a review which was very similar to the other people who have had issues. I tried to comment on their Instagram since they never read my message and they blocked commenting. I then called and no number was out of service. I went on Yelp and the reviews were terrible EXCEPT the same few people who were promoting this. Those people also only have commented on the "Luxe" page not any other listing on yelp. Ironic huh? Those same people were the ones that were posting amazing this on Instagram and Facebook the same people different names and different pictures. I googled the address since i live in NJ and they are Located in CA and the google map brought me to a red roof Inn. So I was scammed out of money out of time and fear those people have my card info. I contacted my bank and they are issuing a refund and cancelled my card. they put my account on hold for 60 days so see if anything will try to process in case they use other names to withdraw automatically. Now they have removed all Facebook reviews.

Me too! Just had someone answer the phone, yell at me stating " dont come at me like that" when i calmly asked why it has taken a month to receive my kit. She lied and i pointed out to her my mother is a retired USPS employee and that her story isn't how it works. They are printing tracking # and not delivering to pist office for shipping for WEEKS! I hope the customer service lines are recorded. They wont be in business long with service like this! Im reporting to BBB, and letting everyone i know not to but courses or kits from them. Also my daughter was told she wouldn't be able to get her certification if she didn't by their kit! I think that is illegal.
