We went on VRBO to rent a 3 bedroom apt for three nights from November 15 to 18. We received confirmation when renting but never received the access code to the house. Payment was made and debited from our account when reservation was made. So when arrived on site a notice was on door and stated that this location is no longuer a BnB. Imagine our surprise. We are still waiting on VRBO for reimbursement because we had to assume a 1200 us unexpected spending for this stay. We then noticed in our account the the same company debited our stay once again on November 15. This is a true scam. We noticed also that this add is still on VRBO. This is unacceptable!!!
