I ordered 10 days in advance, under the impression I had plenty of time. That Luxebear ships in country. Not only do these m@$&3r [censored]3rs send my wife a bear from a country locked down from a virus epidemic to people's lives ones, but hey why not make it a month and a half late? Nothing says"I love you" like a deadly disease to a person taking immunosuppressants. I guess being aware of the problem wasn't enough to switch to a appropriate vendor. Am I expressing my anger here? No. This is a toned down version of a bad business practice with no regard to people's safety.

Ordered Luxe bear, not once... but twice because I was getting so worried about it being delivered! Originally ordered in late December giving the company 6 weeks to deliver! Around 4 weeks into waiting I was worried and ordered from what I thought was a different company.

Turns out it was the same company advertising under a different brand. Such a shame to promote what I thought was a great product and to receive a Styrofoam bear nearly a month after Valentine's Day is sad.

I did receive both bears, but they are nothing like the advertisement and did not even come close to when they were needed by!

They sent the rose but not the bear,Dont buy from them,you will not get your money back and they never ever ever respond to email..

When you purchase any product from LUXEBEAR you never receive the product. Ordered about three weeks ago and said delivery before Valentine’s Day, and still haven’t received it and it’s Valentine’s Day today. This place takes your money and doesn’t respond to emails you send them. Don’t buy!

Fake website selling non existent items and and promoting said items on socail media. Customer support have to different emails where to words are switched when they made it and has no place of business location or phone number.
