I ordered the vacuum robot to test for the company. I was charged 14.95. I received my vacuum w/out the brushes, velcro and sweeper sheet. I contacted the company I and spoke to Sebastion. He sent me a 2nd vacuum and same thing no additional brushes, velcro no sweeper sheet. 2nd contact I spoke to Sandra. She advised to email company. So here I am. Please don't try to charge me anything, because 1st I have no money and 3nd, I've contacted my bank. I am also requesting a refund on the money I spent for shipping, in the amount of 14.95. Can you provide me info on returning the products? At no cost to me.

I ordered the Power Pulse Gear VAC - Robot vaccuum using the link I received in my email. I paid for shipping and I did not received the product. I contacted the customer service and I spoke with Carlos, who apologized and told me he would be sending another robot vaccum and also due to the inconvenience he would be sending me another Robot vaccuum for free. I received the Robot vaccuum which has extremely poor quality and also my credit card started being charged in several amounts of $157.95. I contacted the customer service and spoke again with Carlos who informed me that a manager should be calling me shortly. It passed a week and no one contacted me. I called again and spoke with Carlos again, but no resolution in the charges in my credit card. I contacted the credit card company, I open a complaint/chargeback and I ordered a new credit card. This company is a scam, they take your information and credit card number and starting sending fraudulent charges.

The website offered a robot vacuum/mop for 9.95$ shipping and handling if you reviewed the product for them. I was supposed to get the information to review the product with my confirmation email. I did receive a confirmation email but there was nothing stating how to complete the review. I received the robot vacuum/mop and it is very poor quality. It has a cloth on the bottom to pick up dirt and is not at all what was advertised on the website. They offered a 60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee with refund no questions asked if you are not satisfied. They then charged me another 157.95 for the product. I emailed customer service who advised me to call the support line. I called the support line and was told that I could not receive a refund because I was out of my window. I ordered the product on 8/29/2023. I again asked for refund which was denied. I asked that my card be removed in case they attempted to charge me in the future. To which he replied this is a monthly service and you will be billed monthly. I advised I wanted to cancel the service and he tried to offer me a 50% discount on my monthly fee. I told him the product was crap and he stated this is their best selling product. I then again asked for my subscription/enrollment to be canceled. I was placed on hold for a few minutes. He returned to the phone call and stated my account was canceled.
