The promote a 'trial size/sample of 2 different creams/lotions to try for approximately 5 and 2 dollars' to try for 14 days. Well apparently, per their representatives, it is auto billed the full prize of 98 and 97 dollars 14 days from when you order it (not from when you recieve it) whether or not you like it or want it or are telling them you will ship it back and they 'cancel' your account. I froze my card last week (the 14th day) and told them I would return the product. They declined and said they cancelled my account. One week later the card was recharged the 98 dollar price. So I call again and demand refund/stop charge and offer again to return the product. Not possible says the man on the phone. BUT he CAN refund 30% of the cost! Really?! I mean if you can refund that you can refund it all and take your danged product back. THIS IS A SCAM. No way was all of this info that clearly spelled out. Who agrees to pay 200 dollars for 2 little cream that they are supposed to try for 2 weeks when they only have them for 5 days?
