never received order

i placed an order in October and never received a notification that it was shipped. so i emailed them three times over the past two months and haven’t heard anything. their website is down, but i can see my order in my email for the confirmation. i would really like this issue resolved, as i am young, broke 22 year old, & could use that $38 back.

My daughter saw an ad on Facebook for rings to help with anxiety. She sent me the link and the rings were $1 with $12.50 for shipping. Orders processed in 1-4 days and arrive within 12. It has been 12 business days and website still says order received. No other movement. I have sent several customer service emails and no response.
