This company duplicated an item on my shopping cart and i contacted them to remove it and cancel the order only to find out it was a fake company and they blocked me when i exposed them And won’t respond to my emails

I made a purchase from LuxSkin. It had a lifetime warranty. I was given a fake tracking number. I never received the product. I talked to a rep named Joy who made lots of excuses. Since Saturday, they've ghosted me. The site is hosted by Shopify.
