While scrolling through Facebook, I saw a product add. When I clicked on the add just to read about the product, the site had my information entered, but wrongly; it had my nickname entered in the name area, an address I do not live at, and my business email. I am thinking this happened due to the fact that I have selected "auto-fill" when ordering things from sites that i know are safe in the past. It did not have any credit card information or payment types of any kind selected, and when I saw this I immediately clicked out of the site as I DID NOT intend on purchasing anything.

About a week later I received an email from a company I thought I had never heard of, saying that my order had been shipped to an address I did not live at. Knowing that I had not ordered anything from anywhere and do not live at the address that was listed, I chose to ignore the email, thinking that they must just have the wrong email or that it was a scam. Later on that week, I received another email including and invoice, this time I opened it to see that something was being shipped, under my nickname, and that I needed to pay the site nearly $50.00 for something I had not ordered.

Multiple times, I tried to contact the company on their site to say that I did not order this, will not be paying for it, do not live at the address listed, and told them to cancel/stop shipping and delivery. Every time I tried to issue this concern, the site would shut down and say an error had occurred. Finally, I decided to email them and say the same things, as the invoiced previously emailed to me stated that late fees would be sent to me if I did not pay within 14 days. I also included that I have not, and will not receive this product due to mis-posting. They replied asking me to send them the invoice, the order number, the name, and he address that this was shipped to. I am hesitant to send anything to them or reply/acknowledge their response as I have read online from other peoples reports (dozens) that if you reply and do this they sent you a letter saying that they will be taking you to court. I also do not want them to ave any real information about me. There was also a return form but since I have no way or receiving this package I can not return what i don't receive/order.

As I said, I did not place an order for this, it was not my address that was listed, I never received this package, no payment information was obtained by this company, and I'm unsure of how all of this happened. I'm very worried based on what I have read, and am not sure what steps I should take from here.

I went to website and they sent this product even though i never ordered. I contacted them and they were sending second one out i told them never ordered just looked at price they said to bad pay. I returned products and sent a copy of envelop. I also contacted canada post. My mail person picked up and sent back. They keep telling me i never sent back. They never recieved so they are sending credit company after me. I contacted several times over phone and email and I am not paying for product i sent back return to sender. Among thousands of people this is happening to report to scotiish better business and they released a statement.

I only viewed one of their products online. After reading some bad reviews decided not to order, but they sent it anyway. They have sent several invoices each time increasing the late fee and threatening to send me collections and sue me. I know that there are several others on face book that have been scammed by them in the same way.

Having only looked at website led from FB & never ordered nor received any product but rec invoice for 94.85 plus 10.00 late fee which has been charged now many times No phone number only email contact & continue to send increasing invoice & threatened collections

yes so today my wife got some odd detox thing from these guys. we have no clue how they got address but then sent this thing that goes on your foot. we did not buy it or anything . and after looking online lots of people saying there scamming even Finland has bunch of complaints against them. http://www.ecc.fi/en/current-issues/press-releases/2016/15.11.2016-luxstyle-deli...⇄

Saw an ad on Facebook, went to the website and had to put in my shipping info to see the price of product. I immediately exited the website without completing the order. I received the item in the mail a while later with an invoice. When I emailed the company saying I didn't order and wanted to return the item, they said I could do so at my expense. After returning the item I have still gotten letters telling me I need to pay them and threatening me. Even though I returned the item that I did not order.

I was caught into this, as many other people who have complained about this scam, through facebook ads.

They advertise a blackhead-removing mask on facebook, and as a typical user you would click on it just to see costs, it asks you to enter your address to estimate shipping. When you decide not to purchase and close the window, they keep your address information and send you the package anyway, along with an invoice to pay. If you write to them saying that you did not place the order, they tell you that's not true, you entered your address and placed the order on their website. Even though you never pressed the order button. and never entered your credit card information.

Then they keep sending you letters and emails with the title "avoid debt collection" to scare people into paying, every subsequent time adding penalty fees.

Do not click on this, not a legit business!!!

When you click on this website and put your info in they automatically send out product that you did not buy , being threatened with going into collections.

They send you a package with just your address before you enter any payment method. They then claim you either have to pay the invoice or pay to send the package back. I paid to send the package back and now they claim they never received it and that I must pay plus late fees. I never even pressed an order button. Ridiculous.

SO I SEEN AN ADD ON FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS LASH GROWING SERUM SO I CLICKED ON IT TO GET PRICING, BUT THEY MADE YOU PUT IN YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS BEFORE GETTING ANY PRICING, ONCE I SEEN THE PRICING OF $64.95 I CLOSED THE PAGE, ABOUT A WEEK LATER I GOT AN E-MAIL STATIN THEY WERE SENDING ME MY ORDER, SO I RESPONDED AND TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND IT FOR I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEN, THEY REPLIED AND SAID IT WAS TOO LATE AND THE ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED. I TOLD THEM AGAIN TO CANCEL IT FOR I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING AND WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ORDER, THEY REPLIED AND SAID I COULD EITHER PAY THE INVOICE OR SEND IT BACK. SO I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS PRODUCT TO ARRIVE WITH NOTHING, AND THEY KEEP CLAIMING THEY WILL GO TO COLLECTION AGENCIES TO GET PAYMENT AND ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE INVOICE, BUT WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY AN INVOICE WHEN YOU DIDN'T ORDER IT. NO COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND YOU PRODUCT WITH OUT PAYMENT THEN DEMAND YOU PAY THE INVOICE OR THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO COLLECTIONS. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN WHEN YOU SEE HOW MANY COMPLAINTS AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.

Clicking on a product takes you to a website. In order to see the price of the product you are asked to enter your address. Once they have your address the product is automatically shipped with an invoice. You argue with them via email (as there isn't a telephone number) that you didn't order the product and they threaten to send your "account" to collection for non-payment. In my case I refused to accept the package when delivered and am now being threatened with collection. The product "might" be worth $5.00 at the local dollar store. They are asking $65.00 plus a late fee of $10.00. If you google the company name, what is found is complaint after complaint from other individuals that this has also happened to.
