Very bad! This company is a scam! They sent didn't send my entire order. Also their products are bad plus no directions on how to use products. They are trying to kill us with cancer. Wtf!

Don’t make any purchases through Luxurious Yoni Pearl or their other alias V’licious Yoni Pearls on instagram, they post hundreds of helpful information which grabs clients and potential customers information, but don’t be mislead, once you make your purchase, you will receive an automatic response customized with your name to look legit thanking you for your purchase and that your item will be shipped out in 5-8 days once that is done, you won’t receive any further updates or tracking information whether by emails/ DM/ phone number listed which has no voicemail setup and then they turn off comments, don’t waste your time with these crooks that’s taking people hard earn money for a joy ride, wish I can see the [censored] behind this bogus business! Stay Away!

I made an purchase from Luxurious Yoni Care April 3rd 2021 and its is now April 27 2021 and I did not recieve my items or an refund. I tried to contact this company multiple times by email and I didn't recieve an response. I also tried calling the number they have listed on their website that states management and the number goes straight to voicemail that states "the voicemail box is not set up yet" so I could not leave an message. Also this company has an active Instagram page where they post new content on an everyday basis, so I decided to Dm them and I received no response. Also this company turned off all comments under each picture they post on Instagram so you can not leave an comment. I made an $79.75 + tax purchase from this company and they failed to deliver my items, Also they failed to reimburse my money with an refund when I asked. They provide an fake tracking number and when I type in the number it stated " pre shipping information USP is waiting for this company to ship item to UPS Facility" . That status from UPS been like that for 24 days now. There is no movement with the delivery or the company, they failed to respond to all my emails, Dm's, and calls. Luxurious Yoni Care scam me out of my money. I want an full refund.
