I ordered an online weight loss product today advertiserd as being a trial for the cost of $4.95. No mention is made that you need to read their agreement prior to purchase. Following placing my order, an invoice was sent to me showing they charged me an additional $5.95 for a product that I did not request, a coffee bean extract. I then researched their company on the internet to discover that they are listed as a Scammer and that they place under their conditions of purchase that once you sign up for their trial product, you have allegedly also agreed to a monthly membership where a product will be sent to you and you will be charged greater than $95 monthly from that point forth until the time you cancel. However, they make their contact information almost impossible to find. Upon contacting two of their reps by phone, they both informed me that I had not made any such purchase they could find on their computers. However, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and a charge HAD been placed immediately by this company. Chase Bank has now reversed the charges but I expect there will be repercussions from this deceptive company.
