I have tried on numerous occasions to get this matter resolved. I a Refund email from this company since I reached out to my bank about a fraudulent transaction in my bank account.
My bank did their investigation and cancel my card and had me reach out to this company who sent me an email about refunding me the two transactions of 98.85 and 99.85
The stress I have gone thru to receive my monies back from your company is ridiculous. I spoke to numerous representative at the company that they eventually had me get my bank on the phone to verify that the second amount of money never was sent. The next step was that they will send me a check instead of refunding to my bank account.
I called after two weeks and was told that they will reach out to their corporate office to have them resend the check again. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY.
I can never get to speak to a Manager and was told with one of my call that I will get a call back from a manager. I am still waiting for that call.
Someone should do something about this company.
