I received a phone call from National Gaming Control Board in Arlington, VA.  They said Luxury Sweepstakes has been trying to reach me since June 2019 and I had won $1.5 million.  After they pay the taxes I will get $975,000.  

They want me to pay $2,950 for bonding certification.

Told me I had won second place in sweepstakes. Needed to pay bonding fee before prize could be delivered.

They would refund bonding fee at time of delivery
