I ordered a natural gas grill (BBQ) on 11/30 and paid $1088.00 to the website luxuryfireplace.com. I received an email stating "thank you for your purchase" and that my order was confirmed. I did not hear anything further so I contacted the company by phone on Tuesday, 12/16. I was told the gas grill was ready to be shipped and would leave by the end of the week and that I would receive it by the following week. They said they would send information to track the shipment. I emailed them on 12/22 asking where my grill was as I still had not received any legitimate information. The sent me tracking information which could not be corroborated with the shipping company, ABF freight. ABF has no record of the shipment, the tracking # or anything scheduled to be delivered to my address.
