A man from Sylmar,Ca claim to be a dog breeder and has a website which i just bought me a poodle puppy for $500 with shipment included. I made the payment through Zelle. To a woman name who this man said is his wife .Days later a "company" "ushipersglobal" contact me through email asking for $1400 for insurance pet fee and asking to pay it so they can proceed ,the payment has to be send through Zelle to the same person i bought the puppie . I did not sent any Money before i asked a phone number and name of the person who i need to speak to before a make this payment .these people answering back saying if theres no payment they will put the puppie on quarentine and hand it to the police on charge of pet abandoned. So all this red flags of scammers.
