"I received your email, along with another one from monk saying that my order has been handed over to them and I could track it with the following number 22814-L. So just to get an idea of hiw long it was projecting it would be before it arrived i clicked their "track order link" and entered the number they had provided. It came bavk "this is nir a valid number" . So intried again without the hyphen. Same response. I took off the letter L at the end. Same response. So i went back to their email and clicked the "report an issue" button i was asked for my email and order number which i provided and was told "your order does not exist". So now im turning to you. You partnered with this company, you made them your shipper, so beyween the two of you one of you needs to locate my order and get it on its way to me. I have severe health issues and no time or energy for this even if it were my respobsibility which it is not.
I will expect to here from you by monday or i will be forced to conclude that this is some sort of scam/fraud and report it to my payment sorse and the authorities to handle.
Thank you for resolving this,
Rebekah
Ps i will be firwatding the same message to monk."
As you can see I even left my typos. I went to forward the email to "monk protection" but they had contacted me from a "no return" email address . So I followed the link for reporting a problem back to Monk's website. Knowing that once there I could not simply do what I had done before by entering my email and order number since it would merely tell me that my order did not exist, I went looking for their menu button to find some way of contacting them semicolon an email address, a phone number, anything really. It was then that I saw that this one page was the extent of their website. I have been scammed once before and the website was the exact same, one page for you to enter information, that led nowhere and no other information or contact available. So I immediately suspected that I truly have been scammed and rather than wait until Monday, I came to the Better Business Bureau website. Here I found that luxx store had an F rating due to issues that have been reported to you in the past. And "monk protection" was a shipping service you had never even heard of. So I knew I needed to go ahead and report the problem. I went back to my email copied the information, got the location for Luxx at least and filled out this report. I am now heading to PayPal to do the same thing. Even though it is probably too early for them to accept a complaint, I have to at least try to stop my $223.80 from being handed over. If necessary I will get the card company itself involved, as they have always successfully handled issues in the past.
