I purchased an iphone 16 phone case from https://luxy-case.com. They sent me a completely different case than what I purchased. When I asked for a refund they refused (despite it saying that they provide refunds on their website) and said they provided me with an equivalent case as a replacement. I said I did not order the case they sent me and asked for the case I purchased. They said that case is not available. I believe that they have several cases on their website that don't exist and are sending random cheap quality cases instead. On top of that, after they refused to send my money back, they automatically put me on a subscription service for $49.99 per month and charged my credit card without my knowledge. This subscription services gives ACCESS to purchase other more unique and rare phone cases (which probably don't exist either).
