I seen ad on Facebook and bought flowers for Valentine’s Day and never received confirmation number or tracking numbers

The company said they were hand painted ornaments with lots of reviews with images of hand painted ornaments of pets. My sister just lost dog right before Christmas so I thought she would love this so he would be with her family every Christmas. I got a cheap scanned photo of the photo I sent laminated onto an ornament. Poor quality and not what I ordered at all. I reached out to them and the said “sorry no refunds or exchanges” even though their website says it offers returns

I purchased the item after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. I did not receive confirmation and have reached out on email and on instagram after I realized they have been stealing other’s content and trying to pawn it off as their own to try and cancel the order. They have done it to multiple creators and have scammed multiple people according to their Instagram comments.
