I Purchased two shoe organizers from WWW.LXFJLGN ("The SPOT MALL") on Jan 17th 2024 with a 3-7days shipping agreement, nonetheless, I never received the purchased items...I made repeated attempts to receive the ordered packages.... otherwise recover the funds that I paid....I have all the emails back n forth to the company customer service which is...([email protected])....They assured that the order I made was in the mail and I should be receiving shortly, and asked me to patiently wait a little while longer and that I will receive really soon....I waited again then I emailed customer service again to the same prolonging... stating that the package was in transit and they gave me a fake tracking number that didn't work.....I have made several more attempts to receive either the package or my funds returned....they offered me a portion of my payment back & tried to get me to purchased again....I told them that I would take legal actions if they dont rectify my situation!!!!
