I bought a gift card to my mother in law back in September. She hasn't touched since but when she went to the store to use it, the card was empty. So she gave the card back to me. I went back to the store where I bought it from. They told me that it was cashed out in Texes and we live in Oklahoma and my mother in law did not go to Texas. So we called the number and spoke to someone who insured us that it was fraud. She gave me a case number, **** * ******, and said that an email will be sent to me. I never got the email... So I'm hoping someone can help me get my money back, please!
