I purchased a Calming weighted heating pad 12x24 for $65.99 on November 21, 2020 from LYD Information Technology Co. Ltd website, This heating pad was advertised on TV that the heating pad lays on you, has ceramic beads that heats up. And it took over a month to be delivered. When I received the product it was not what I ordered as advertised, the size was 12x13 and the heating pad was not weighted, there were no ceramic beads in the product at all, it does not lay on you and the heating elements bulge through the fabric, very poor quality. When I requested a full Refund through PayPal the company first offered half of what I paid for then when I said no they said they would refund my whole amount after I send the item back to China. The product that was sent to me had a shipping label from this address 147-03 182st in Jamaica NY 11413. When I went to UPS to ship the item back to China I was quoted $147.00, which is problematic to me due to the fact that $147.00 is twice of what I paid for an item I did not order and I am losing out $82.00. I should not be paying anything. This company is trying to make me pay for shipping to China when the item was shipped from Jamaica NY to me in ********* GA. According to Federal statutes this is fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, and mail fraud. And Pay Pal has conspired with this company to use their bank methods to commit wire fraud and bank fraud. LYD Information Technology CO LTD should not be allowed to do business within the US nor should Pay Pal be able to fraud their customers by allowing our money transactions to be involved in bank fraud knowing this company is scamming US Citizens.
