I am an employee of the BBB. I received a call from a gentleman who was told to contact the BBB. He received a counterfeit check in the amount of $5,525.00. Fortunately, his bank told him it was counterfeit.

Charging for extra days for rental after rental was returned. As well as people using the app for multiple people on the same ride saying they're going one place but charged for another much closer, so when rides up you have gone all over town for a few dollars. For the people who use the app, it's great, but the drivers are being ripped off by both Lyft and the customers.
I have evidence of the rental scam they do hertz gave me a receipt for 89.04 for 3 days but I'm being charged 154.29 trough Lyft
