I’ve been wanting a culvert for my property in Rusk, Texas and called a gentleman that goes by the name of Gary Garrett, but his company’s name is Lynn’s Concrete listed in Thrifty Nickel. For weeks he dragged his feet, even sent a picture of a driveway that wasn’t mine. I paid him $900.00 up front but he kept saying the state of Texas had to be there. I called Texas Department of Roads and Bridges and the head manager stated, They don’t need to be there.

Gary Garrett will lie through his teeth make excuses and promise you the moon, but never deliver.
