The caller is saying I will be charged with my local authorities for writing a bad check in 2012. I did not write a bad check. I spoke with the bank and no such thing happened. The caller said they would not file this if I could pay it off today. Mr Collins and Mathew Scott are two of the men who have called me SEVERAL times. Harrassing me!! They will not give me any information in regards to what the check was for. I asked why I have not received anything in the mail and they said they do not have the staff to send things out in the mail. So I said oh but you have the staff to call and threaten people. They were not very happy with me.
