They told me my order would be sent out 5-7 days I tracked the package and said it was delivered but somewhere else.....I emailed again asking where my order is and they "rod Billy" assured me of redelivery but up to 10-20 working days

This is a fake business. Their website www.cleaani.com appears to be a legitimate Lysol product store. But the contact us section shows the company address is at Little Tykes in OH. I regretted that I did not review the customer review at Little Tykes on Yelp, customers claimed they did no receive the Lysol products. When I made the purchase, the PayPal confirmation page shows that the money went to an individual account Qiao Junqian. The entire ordering process including the online payment is entirely phishing. I never received the products. Their customer service email and phone number can never be reached. I noticed other victims was cheated by another website cleancate.com. Now both www.cleaani.com and cleancate.com no longer exist. This is a cunning scammer.
