I was told about a website that is selling Lysol spray. https://www.lysolgift.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIq8fMvvHU7AIVlYNaBR1xxwFpEAAYAyAAEgK...⇄ So I thought it looked legit & purchased $99 worth of Lysol spray for our business. You could only pay through Paypal. They said the payment went to Jeffrey Sundet at [email protected]. This is when I became suspicious. I immediately googled Lysolgift.com and saw on Paypal community site/ other numerous sites that its a scam! Then later in the day I rec'd a email from PP providing tracking info & said my item had arrived the same day I purchased it. No way! I looked up the tracking # on USPS. Some how they show that the item was shipped 5 days prior to me ever placing the order. How in the world did they know I would be buying these items much less doctor up a fraudulent tracking number? I immediately contacted my Visa company & closed my credit card associated with PP out. I contacted PP too & we have escalated my dispute to a claim. I hope to be receiving a refund. Its not so much about the money as it is about the principal of the situation. We are in a pandemic & people are profiting off scamming people from Lysol.
