After every wire transfer payment into Mexican bank accounts, I had to chase the M&T agent to inquire why I had not received the payment of the sell.
In February I was able to contact the Escrow officer in Mexico but as soon as the Escrow fee was paid, their phone number was no longer valid.
I just found out their physical address is not as stated. When I contacted the property management office to ask them of their address they gave me their mailing address so I asked for their physical address. The receptionist put me on hold for 4 minutes before hanging up and never answered the phone afterwards. Although their mail gets delivered to that address (1050 SW 6th ave suite 1100), the person from that floor who collects is actually forwards the mail on. Her number is 503-220-1600. She did not want to give me their forwarding address.
I have also contac0ted the agents direct phone number (David Lindsey @ 503-481-2220 and John Durham @ 503-664-4388) numerous times with no answers or return of calls even after leaving text and phone messages. Other agents that work for this company are Shirley Young, Michael Acosta.
