These scammers stole $1,515 from my elderly mother by pretending to upgrade protection on her computer. This is unconscionable and I hope that the FTC goes after them! Fradulent hucksters!

They scammed me for four hundred dollars a couple of years ago now they are telling me I signed up for Auto-renewal which is not true currently the company is threatning to charge my credit card 1600 dollars according to their voicemail message . I called them back and they hide behind one another to appease the consumer ultimately they tell you the fee you paid was only for a year however the service has been provided for two years thus you owe additional money so we can make a deal or we will crash your computer, that is literally what he told me the Phone number to these terrible business men is 1-877-462-4047 apparently the company was founded in New Delhi with the Billing dept located in Barcelona Spain

These people pretend to be Microsoft technicians but they are the hackers and they steal my $5000 to fix my computer... Big scammers

My mom was on her computer and it started telling her that she had a ton of viruses and she was about to get hacked. It provided a number for her to call (833-809-7774) - she did call and they said that she needed all sorts of protective hardware. She gave them remote access to her computer and they downloaded a few things on her computer - after she agreed to pay them. They charged her $399 (senior discount) and another $100 for tech support. She said they "connected her with her credit card company" and was assured they were a legit company. She emailed me some of the items they sent her - they called themselves Mac Makers and said they were a global company with HQ in Virginia. When I went to find a website there was just a cover and the other links didn't go anywhere. I called the number back and they said they were "Right Network Care" and had a HQ in California.
