Rec'vd private # call 8/7/2017 didn't leave message.They called again 8/8/2017 left message stating Bradley Lewis from Direct Delivery Services needs to me urgently call as they have received a complaint against me. Gave file# 95777.Said if I didn't respond adverse action would be taken without my knowledge due to no contact.I called the number (855) 459-8568.I called and some lady answered "Mckenzie".I asked for Bradley Lewis,she transferred me to Andrea Jensen.She proceeded to tell me this was about a debt from 2012 in Florida.I told her I have lived in El Paso since 2009.She said the debt was from OUC for $991 but they could reduce to $342.60.It could be withdrawn from my account automatically, I would just need to provide my bank info.She said if I didn't pay,they would transfer to TX, I will go to court and be responsible for legal and court costs as well as have liens.She also said this would stay on my credit report for 10+ years.What she didn't know is I have my credit reports from Equifax, Transunion and Experian from 2015 and 2017. This company is not listed anywhere saying I owe them anything. Also,the statue of limitations would have run out as Florida it's 5 years and Texas it's 4 years. I have numerous emails where I ask them for specific info such as date spans for the supposed service. They kept sending me the same info. I even asked for a validation notice and they just sent me the same letter.I googled their address and called an atty that is in the same small building. I asked her if there was any legal business with the name Mack or Mckenzie, she advise me no.. I have reported this via FTC.They are very convincing as they have the last 4 of your ss# and other personal info. Their business does not come up at all when googled.
