Scammer pretended to send money to PayPal. After checking with Paypal, no money was sent and they kept insisting the money is "on-hold" and kept asking to buy gift cards. Apparently, if you bought the gift cards and sent them the code on the gift card, you would receive the money that was on "on-hold". They threatned to contact the FBI for a fake PayPal email they had sent, saying the money has gone out of their account and you must buy the gift cards (and reveal the code) to make sure you get the full money for the item they are looking to buy.
