I don't know if they have one

I placed an order with the company and they never produced what I ordered, so I would like to either get what I ordered or my money back. It's not right for them to be portraying a company that's selling clothes and they are not selling anything, when I checked the tracking on it it said that my order had been delivered to me but it hasn't been delivered to me at all. Can you please find something out for me PLEASE!?

I seen advertisement on facebook, the name of company was MACY, selling clothing , I purchased alot of clothing in march, they sent me a email saying it just arrived at my doorstep , which it did not. The trackng #is ***************** . The scammer used nice clothing at a cheap price. everything was suppose to be coming from SHENYHEN CHINA
