I ordered a love seat online- it was coming from China obviously, they gave me a tracking number and all- it was NEVER delivered or attempted to be delivered- their customer service told me to call my local post office. I called my local post office and the UPS and they do not have any information as to that merchandise. It says the label was created both sites say nothing about that item being in transit being delivered or anything and then they just wanna give me back 20% of my money totally unacceptable
