Online purchase from MACY’S department store 3/23/23 for clothes on clearance sale. After submitting order, site changed to “ Macy” no phone number only email. I immediately texted site to cancel my order. Email back from” “William” that he couldn’t cancel and couldn’t give guess on when purchase may be delivered. Further emails I received all said “your shipment has been

shipped”. Nothing was ever delivered.
