The scammers did send me emails but I have unfortunately deleted them. The email link I have sent you directed me to exactly the same kind I was scammed for.

I ordered two planters for my garden on the above website on March 12, 2024 and when I paid for it it came up on my credit card as charmingboots. Now when I check the website it's a fake MACYS site. I still never received my product and I have no place to contact. I did receive a pair of knockoff GUCI sunglasses that I did not order. I am out $54.60

I purchased chase lounge chairs on a site through Facebook that claimed they were Macy's and never received them. I have attempted numerous times to email them due to the company not having any other contact info. I attempted to to log into my account today and they are now called GARDENTREESALE.COM and I no longer have an account. Also my account was made after the sale and I could never log in and track my purchase.

We purchased furniture from Macys in Roseville, California, along with their WorryNoMore warranty protection. We were told that we would be able to request a refund once the warranty expired as long as we had not used the warranty during the time it was valid. We did not use the warranty and requested a refund. Instead of a check, we received a voucher for $299 to purchase furniture from Macys. We have 90 days to redeem it. Although we were expecting a refund via check, we went online to Macys.com to redeem the voucher.

The voucher says there are certain limitations, but nothing like what we encountered online. Once we found the furniture we wanted to purchase with the voucher, there was no way to redeem it at checkout. We decided to use the online chat feature. The representative said they would be able to check out for us and use the voucher; however, Macys would charge us the full amount and then refund us the money at a later date. So the voucher wasn't really money. It was a way to buy furniture at full price and then be refunded for the voucher's value at a later date.

Not only that, according to the representative, the purchase of furniture is limited to only items that offered "Scheduled Delivery" as a method. This significantly decreased the amount of choices we had in order to spend the voucher.

None of these things were told to us when we purchased the warranty. We were told that we would receive a refund at the beginning of the whole process. The refund via voucher was never disclosed to us, nor was the fact that we would still have to purchase the furniture ourselves and then receive a refund at a later date.

Fake macys sale on luggage. Ad on Facebook. Looked very legit. It showed progress for the next few days on the order then stopped. I emailed them with no response

My wife found the link to the product, supposedly a Macy's clearance item. It was supposed to ship within 3 days but I never got any tracking/shipping info. I sent an email to the seller saying that if it didn't ship by the next day, they should cancel the order. I never got any confirmation of that email, the product never came, and now there is a charge on my credit card statement. The charge is to "A-ZOVNY HTTPSXOVNEY.CO DE". I googled "A-ZOVNY" and the first hit was a similar complaint on your website.

Won't return emails. Have to us different email address for them, zhcartapps.com. sent multiple emails to cancel the order right away. Plus sent several more. Zero reply. When i went to go into the account I made for the order it says i don't no data found. So they erased my email account on their web site also. The did take the money from the bank account before they deleted me. Still can't get a reply from them.

I ordered a couch off the website that looks a lot like Macys. It listed FedEx as the shipper but then after it shipped it had the package shipped through china post.

Ordered a chair through marketplace advertisement. Read the reviews, it seemed legit until a couple weeks went by and no chair or update on tracking. Tried to send an email to the provided contact info they provided only to realized that I was scammed.

Add listed as Macys on facebook advertising 85%off item for next

1 hour .... i should have researched more on the contact info and the item listed, since on other sites, the item of interest is over $1,400, not even close to orig not sale listed price of $249.98 on sale for $39.98. I paid $49 for 5 items..

I saw the ad somewhere online, and it called it Macy’s Autumn Clearance, and said they had way too many of these items in stock, saying that’s why they were so cheap. It was cute, and the thought of getting it so inexpensively made me not notice red flags, like no address, no phone number, etc.. The fact that they used Macy’s graphic design and colors were their tactics that lulled me into complacency. Now, if you click on any links in the email they sent me, it goes nowhere, but!! I searched online, and they have a new scam going for luggage. I’ll upload a screenshot of the email they sent me, and a couple of the page where they have their luggage scam. Well, I just saw that I can only upload one photo, so I’ll just upload the photo of their current luggage scam.

Purchase made online though Facebook. The ad showed the product was a Macy's outlet sale. I purchased the item. They sent tracking updates for a few weeks. On 10/17/23 the tracking showed it was delivered. However, it was not. The item purchased was a large piece of furniture.
