Ordered a Human Dog bed x2 on this website...on 12/4/2023. 12/10 sent an email to ask when delivery could be expected- they sent an email back. someone named AMY said it was on the way give it 7-12 business days...unable to track the order says not valid.

Sent another email 12/13 got this response: "We are so sorry for the delay, we have urged our carrier to deliver them asap, hope you can understand and keep more patient to wait. Thank you! from [email protected]
