I ordered hair care products on their website and received a confirmation that my order was being processed and I would get a confirmation of ship date. After more than a week passed with no update I called and was told that there were shipping issues because of COVID but I would get an email about shipping the coming Friday. Friday came and went and I received no email and to this day have not received any follow up about the status of the products, NOTHING. And they also charged my credit card in full the DAY of the order, not when the order shipped which it never did. Now their website even is not functioning.
